Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
LifeEcho does not sell your personal information. However, some data we share with third-party service providers (for analytics, communication, or support) may be considered "sharing" under California law.

How to Exercise Your CCPA/CPRA Rights
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to submit a data access or deletion request, please contact us by one of the following methods:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days as required by California law.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may need to verify both the agent's authority and your identity before proceeding.
Verification Process
To protect your personal information, we may request additional details to verify your identity before acting on access, deletion, or opt-out requests. This may include confirming your email address or requesting identification in certain cases.
